Hi Martin

Having downloaded the latest Ver of Templot and searched for my Sketchboard files using Windoz search facility, I click on the file name which opens up Templot and I open up the trackplan but when I go to Sketchboard no trackplan or other shapes previously drawn appear, any ideas please? :(

Cheers Phil

Hi Phil,

I think you are mixing up background shapes (the original Templot feature) and the sketchboard (new in Templot2).

Files from the sketchboard are .sk9 files. I have not yet associated them with Templot, so clicking on them won't do anything. edit: now implemented, see subsequent message.

You should be able to find them still where you saved them, at

 C:\TEMPLOT_DEV\SKETCHBOARD-FILES\

If you go to the sketchboard and click the file > reload from file... menu item, you should see them all in that folder and be able to reload them onto the sketchboard.

If Templot starts when you click on the files, they must be background shapes files (.bgs files). The background shapes should then appear on the trackpad. They should get transferred to the sketchboard when you click the sketchboard button.

If the above isn't clear, please post the file here as an attachment.

Generally I don't advise starting Templot by clicking on its files. It's better to start Templot from the desktop shortcut icon, and then reload whichever files you need.

regards,

Martin.

Hi Phil,

You can now launch Templot by clicking on .sk9 sketchboard files.
