Hi Martin I have just been producing a transition curve using a Compaq computer running windows XP and got this result. 38_010839_400000000.png I was attempting to get a transition from the current template to the one underneath when this happened as I could not use the peg align function as the radii of both templates are to close to the same and templot is unable to produce them. I closed Templot down and reopened it again and reloaded my current file and the same crazy track as above was visible, so I clicked on template 32 and deleted the crazy track. Will be going back with a new template to get the transition curve, hopefully! Cheers Phil |

Hi Phil, Thanks for posting. It's a known effect caused by the transition curve being too gentle. For details see: topic 1391 Generally when this happens you know that you could just as easily use a fixed radius curve. regards, Martin. |
