Hi all, I am now pleased to announce that the marketing of 00-sf Track Gauges (16.2mm Roller Gauges, 15.2mm Roller Gauges and 16.2mm 3-Point Gauges) has now been transferred to C&L Finescale: http://www.finescale.org.uk/ - Pete Llewellyn (C&L) confirmed to me yesterday (9th Jan 2014) that a new batch of OO-sf Gauges has been ordered from the machine shop (the same one that I used) and so should be available direct from C&L in the not-too-distant future; I don't think that the Gauges feature on the C&L website yet though, so perhaps it would be worth dropping Pete an email to express an interest. Many thanks to all who have purchased Gauges from me in the past - I hope they've proved useful. I've had some fun with the project over the last few years and I'm happy to pass on the task of Gauge supply to Pete at C&L, happy in the knowledge that they will be in safe hands and continue to be available for the foreseeable future. And finally, I would like to express my particular thanks to Martin Wynne, for not only introducing us to the advantages of 00-sf in the first place, but also with help and advice regarding the design of the Gauges and subsequent expert advice over the last few years (since late 2006 I believe). Kind Regards, Brian (polybear) |
