I have recently obtained some Peco Individulay components namely
IL-121 Concrete sleepers and FixingsAndIL-112 Pandrol Clips
The sleepers being 32 mm long I guess are for 00 gauge, the fixings that come with them dont look much like any chair listed on the MMRS sleeper and chair information, and I seem to remember someone saying the Pandrol clips are over scale
Any thoughts please

Hi,

Yes they are not a "scale" item. You are up against the limits of injection
moulding. Heat, flow rate and the thinness of section.
It is the same reason that cockpit canopies in modern kits of aircraft are still so thick.
Also from memory they do hold the rail.
Any thiner and probably there wouldn't be the robustness that the task requires.

Like any of these items it is a toss up for manufacturer for accuracy, successful
manufacturing,market penetration and end use.

It is only made to resemble a "Pandrol" clip system.

Regards, Matt M.
