On my layout plan I have several unwanted sleepers that have appeared. They occur where templates join in the space between the last sleeper on one template and the first on the adjoining template in the gap where there should not be a sleeper.

If I try to 'Omit' it on the Shove Sleepers box it does not highlight and will not go away. They have a different number to the other sleepers on the template and if you select it by typing in the number it just says it belongs to another template.

I have tried and tried to get rid of them but this problem has got me beat.

Can anyone help please.

Regards, Paul

Hi Paul,

If the unwanted sleepers won't omit, you may have duplicate templates. Can you post your .box file?

For details of how to get the correct sleeper spacing across template boundaries, go to:

 http://templot.com/martweb/pug_info_2.htm

and scroll down to new roll rails functions on the left. Click the "info" icon or the blue dots to see the details.

Or you can do it manually using the CTRL+F4 mouse action to roll the rails and sleepers.

regards,

Martin.

You may have "bonus timbers". I have this problem on some modified templates, which I downloaded a few years back. Easy enough to remove, from real and timbers. (If I have the wrong menu items, apologies as I am on my tablet.)

Hello,
i am glad this was shown as I was wondering how to get rid of all the scrappy rail joints I had accumulated on my plan. :D
Regard
Trevor.
