20 years ago when I first had an internet connection, my email address was 85amod@ndirect.co.uk Surprisingly, it is still working, and I occasionally receive emails through it. But not for much longer. The service provider has informed me that they intend to close down such old addresses still on their systems. So if you still have that address in your address book, please amend it to my current email address, which can be found by clicking my name on the left, or by going to: http://85a.co.uk/forum/view_user.php?id=2 Please note that my email address is for incoming email only. Same has just happened to me. May be the same provider - NDO (aka NAMES). In my case it's my primary email address so I'd better do something sharpish. When NAMES passed their ISP business to Phone Co-op they said email would be unaffected. Obviously not. | ||

I didn't know they had sold off the ISP part of the business. They are just down the road from here, so I could go and camp in Reception with my sandwiches if it would help? Martin. |
