Hi, Anyone out there won the lottery? http://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/40287865#73qxzAzcmFO3id24.97 This would provide an ideal home, complete with a decent size billiards room, just waiting for a model railway to be installed - you might even want to go full size and relay the track out doors - very handy pub (The Three Moles) at the bottom of the drive. What could be better? cheers Richard |

Richard, Think I would rather have this one :- http://www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/37042477?search_identifier=b0c1f6672999fc4700aa1b92887811fe#soxIpAawxqGTyTI1.97 Although I would want to check the flood defences and change the tiles in the bathroom ! Maybe need to wear a hard hat until I got used to all the low beams........ Rob |

Hi Rob, At least they've put a price on that one, but I suspect that even if ERNIE gave me the top prize (£1m) - as I don't do the lottery - I still couldn't afford it, and definitely not the mill conversion! cheers Richard |

Richard, I have far lower ambitions, maybe something like this : http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-51315596.html I could even afford it. Double and single garages for the layouts......nobody uses them for cars these days. Rob |

Hi Rob, Yes, Anglesey is very nice - might be a very good investment if Wylfa B ever gets built.... As you say, that one is affordable, unlike Selham Station - I asked the agent and the guide price is £1.75m, so out of my range even if ERNIE did give me the top prize on the premium bond next month. (anyone want to calculate the odds on winning the top prize more than once?) Midhurst is built over, but I wonder (daydream!) if suitably like-minded owners ended up in Selham, Petworth and Fittleworth, whether that bit of the line could ever be relayed as a "heritage" railway. Must clear/tidy up all the "stuff" that came from parents' homes from my (single) garage so that I can get on with the baseboards for "Singleton". all the best Richard |

Richard, Not much chance of the plan for the new nuclear plant going ahead according to the BBC but who knows. This sounds like a better idea to me :- http://www.tidallagoonswanseabay.com/the-project/film/107/ Good luck with Singleton. Rob |
