A useful feature, and tell me if its already there!:D -would be , especially if on single templates, the pages could be optimised?

Ie ' use least number of pages' setting? I know this is a feature on Anquet Mapping software.

I am new and I have probably done something wrong but I have a point template which has printed on 3 pages that could have possibly been done one and definitely two!

Hi Russ,

The page optimiser is you! :)

Try SHIFT+CTRL+F10 mouse action. Then you can move the page outlines around until they best fit the area of your plan which you want to print.

action > mouse actions: pad > move page origin menu item.

regards,

Martin.

I was going to suggest using the "Set print origin" function (I can't remember if that's the exact name), but the mouse action sounds much better - I didn't know about that one!
