Hi,

I get the feeling there may be an easy way to add two lines inside the running rails of a Templot plan to represent a cutting line for making the 'four foot' infill in street or harbour track. I thought I had seen it asked before but have searched the forum ( :) ) and didn't find anything suitable. I did find posts asking about conductor rails( using platform edges ) and mixed gauge turnouts ( too complicated for me ).

Any clues anyone ?

Rob

Hi Rob,

Try geometry > trackbed edges...

Set the width for each side from the centre-line separately:

If you want a single solid line, choose the ballast+cess option and set the cess width ... very narrow.

cheers,

Martin.
