Over the years I've often noticed strange coincidences in the new member applications.

For example, we haven't had a member request for several days. Then today I received 2 requests in the space of half an hour, both from a Brian.

Anyway, welcome to Brian Smith and Brian Wilson. :)

cheers,

Martin.

Martin,

According to statistics published in the Sun newspaper ( which I don't usually read :? ) Brian is the 4th most common mans christian name. James ( Jimmy ? ) is the front runner - the ratio between these two is 1:4.

Are you suggesting there are some odd behaviour patterns associated with a forum dealing with playing trains ?

Rob

But are you looking at the right age group:

I wasn't suggesting anything other than the obvious fact that Brians are like buses -- none for ages and then several arrive at once. :)

cheers,

Martin.

Does that mean that every Tom, Dick and Harry is called Brian?
