I'm currently drawing up a couple of NER interlaced turnouts for a friend as per the screenshot below:

Is there a way to ensure that the sleepers on the curved route are centred on the centre line of the curved track?

Hi John,

How about overlaying a piece of plain track on the curved road.

Hi John,

Sorry, there is no automatic function to do that. Even if you use a partial plain track template, the sleepers won't be at the required spacing and will need shoving and/or twisting to fit between the main-road sleepers.

However, there is a trick you can use to help. If you temporarily add a turnout-side platform, you can adjust the front edge to provide a guide line. Set the front edge spacing... to half of your current plain sleeper length. I assume for NER you have set 9ft sleepers, so half that is 54 inches:

Then you can use the throw mouse action in the shove timbers to align the end of each sleeper to the line.

cheers,

Martin.
