Hi Danny,

The basic procedure to create a scissors crossover is at:

  topic 465 - message 3681

John Preston created an excellent tutorial for a scissors crossover and posted it at:

  topic 465 - message 4024

I've now converted it to PDF format and attached it below. It should open in your browser if you click it.

p.s. gentle hint Danny :) -- you could have found this yourself by clicking the Search button above, then Detailed Site Search, and then entering "scissors" in the search box.

regards,

Martin.

Only you can answer that. :)

As regards your particular gauge (not one of the standard ones already provided by TEMPLOT) first start by producing your custom gauge and track separation then follow the tutorial.

Alan

p.s. what you ask can't be done. The track centres are too close and you need at least 21m for the crossover; probably more for decent crossing angles.

This may be what it looks like.
