Hello,

'Prototype pics' seemed like the nearest category in which to offer this 'techno-watch' link:

for your enlightenment or puzzlement.

The explanation therein seems somewhat opaque :-(. A diagram or two might have helped.

Regards, Rodney Hills

Nothing new in gapless points. I seem to remember the universal track produced by GR Wrenn in the early 1960's using a swing nose crossing! A bit cude by today's standards, but they produced some very complex ready-to-run stuff like scissors crossings and double junctions!

But maybe a couple of diagrams of our learned friend's ideas may not have gone amiss!
