I'm getting more and more irritated by the lack of easy access to the F function keys on tablet computers and some laptops. One which I use often is F2 and CTRL+F2 to hide or show the trackpad info and zoom dialogs: 2_302050_520000000.png For CTRL+F2 the 2 key also works, but there wasn't an alternative for plain F2. So I have now added one -- the vertical bar character or pipe | (SHIFT+BACKSLASH). I know I can click the corner X or the yellow buttons to hide them, and use the trackpad menu items to get them back, but the idea of shortcuts is to be able to use the keyboard for as much as possible instead of the mouse. In the next program update shortly. regards, Martin. |
