I have been a member of this group for a number of years without ever using Templot2. Having changed to a Mac computer in those years I now find that I get a message saying Microsoft Windows applications are not supported by OS X when I try to load Templot2 again. Can this be overcome? Thanks, John Droste Australia |

Hi John, Welcome to Templot Club. There are several ways to run Templot on a Mac computer. See the second item on this page for details: http://templot.com/companion/index.html?basic_qa.htm Many users run Templot on a Mac computer using Codeweavers Crossover (inexpensive, free trial, easy to install) or Winebottler (free, but more for techies): http://www.codeweavers.com http://winebottler.kronenberg.org Codeweavers frequently have special offers on Crossover, for example scroll to the very bottom of the Winebottler page above to get the code for 25% discount. Be sure to click more options on the Crossover ordering page (their support package won't be much help with Templot, so not worth buying): http://www.codeweavers.com/store regards, Martin (no connection). |
