I seem to have lost the ability to use the F7 shift function with the latest update (or perhaps before). I can see the F7 tab on the toolbar for shift and join, but just pressing the F7 keyboard key now does nothing.

My usage of Templot is very concentrated for weeks and then I may not use it again for six months, so apologies if it's something obvious and I've missed it.

Edit.  I also use the Home button to remove a live template from the screen.  Has this been disabled?

Dope moment:  Apologies for wasting your time Martin.  Just realised my wireless keyboard batteries had dropped in voltage output and some keys were not working.  Changed the batteries and all is now fine....:thumb:

Hi Gordon,

No problem.

Wireless keyboard batteries can last for ages. Then you accidentally leave the corner of a book pressing on one of the keys for a couple of hours, and...

Martin.

Had a nasty problem with a wireless mouse battery dying. The machine seemed to stick. By the time I realised what the problem was I'd done a manual reboot at which point I had an unbootable system. After trying everything I could think of had to do a full re-installation.
