Hallo!
I am working on a turnout from the Railroads on Bornholm (De Bornholmske Jernbaner, DBJ). It is a 1:9 turnout, Radius 130 m, timber is 185 mm width and 1800 mm length, adding 100 mm in length to the timber, sleeper is 1800 mm length and 185 mm width.
I have attached three pictures, one with the complete turnout overview and one detail of the switch part. The third is my model of the turnout in Templot:
I have tried to model it in both a curved and semi-curved version, mainly because I really could not figure out what it was precisely. The version you see above here is the curved version. I think it fairly good.
I have attaced the .box file as well, and this turnout is placed in x: 193 and y: 729.
As you see on the picture, the timbering is wrong, and I simply am not able to find out what I have done wrong. Furthermore, I am not sure if I got the all the switch data correct either. My input is here:
Dimensions for 1_9-R130_Curved_timbered Switch :
--------------------------------
Dimensions are in FULL-SIZE prototype MM, with model conversions at 3,5 mm/ft.
This switch is a CURVED pattern switch:
lead length to heel (incl. planing) = 6502,4 ( 74,74 model mm )
offset at the heel (heel spread) = 238,2 ( 2,74 model mm )
switch radius = 129997,2 ( 1494,22 model mm )
length of switch-front (stock-rail joint to toe) = 1498,6 ( 17,23 model mm )
length of switch-rail (blade) = 0 ( 0 model mm )
length of stock-rail from joint = 0 ( 0 model mm )
deflection angle at blade tip = 1 in 86,30 RAM ( 1 in 86,30 CLM )
planing length (along stock-rail) = 3014,16 ( 34,65 model mm )
heel angle = 1 in 16,20 RAM ( 1 in 16,22 CLM )
FB switch-rail foot-width at blade tip (from stock-rail gauge-face) = 0 ( 0 model mm )
sideways depth of joggle = 9,53 ( 0,11 model mm )
joggle-length in front of blade tips = 152,4 ( 1,75 model mm )

I have looked the through the topics, and I have not so far been able to find a related topic for this problem. But I assume that I might use the wrong key words in my search.
I would be happy to be able to fix it myself, but I would as well be happy to get hint for a direction to solve the problem.
I am looking forward to the comments and help and any details I might have missed!
